In the packaging industry, a large proportion of companies conduct activities that may qualify as research and development (R&D), often without realising the scale of the possible benefits.

For example, if you spend PLN 100,000 on development work, you can recover up to approximately PLN 38,000 in tax.

Despite this, only a small proportion of eligible entities benefit from the R&D tax relief.

If your company:
➤ develops new packaging designs,
➤ implements ecological or biodegradable materials,
➤ optimizes production processes,
there is a high probability that it meets the conditions for applying for R&D tax relief.
