Quo Vadis, tax authorities? Digital revolution. Zoom in on business

We are on the verge of a significant transformation – the direction of technological and regulatory changes in taxation indicates that a digital revolution in corporate tax and financial management is coming.

For management boards, financial directors, and those responsible for 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, one of the key requirements is preparing for the new reality by, among other things, ensuring transparency of procedures, consistency of documentation, and identifying potential tax risks. Without a solid structure of internal processes and their tax verification, it’s easy to find yourself facing unforeseen consequences, such as errors during the implementation of digital solutions within the organization or exposure to allegations from tax authorities.

🔎 Quo Vadis, Tax Authorities? The Digital Revolution. A Business Zoom-In is a practical guide we have developed to help you prepare your company for upcoming changes, avoid costly mistakes, and manage risk effectively.

📅 Join our three-day series of online workshops, where we will show you how three key areas – KSeF, JPK_CIT and TPR – are becoming the common denominator of a new era in the digital tax revolution, transforming the relationship between businesses and tax authorities.

➡️ The biggest challenge is the KSeF. In Part I of the series “Quo Vadis, Fiscus?”, we’ll explain why the KSeF is so complex and what implications it has, far beyond changes to IT systems.

Is it enough to implement an IT project and adapt systems for issuing structured invoices to be ready for KSeF?
During our meeting, we will demonstrate that this is just the beginning and one of the stages of full KSeF implementation within an organization.

➡️ Our next workshop will focus on tax reporting – the JPK_CIT system, which is becoming a permanent addition to the arsenal of audit tools. The JPK_CIT file structure is a kind of X-ray of the business, giving authorities a comprehensive view of the company’s accounting records. It’s a tool that will scrutinize all our transactions. What errors can be detected and what does this mean for us? We’ll discuss this during our workshop.

➡️ In the last part, we will show how the TPR form will “combine” data from KSeF and JPK_CIT, which constitute the basis for the control.

✨ We invite you to join our free workshops, where our experts will show you how to navigate this digital revolution safely.
