“Scam invoices in KSeF – Ministry of Finance explains who can report them and when”

In  an article for  the praw.pl portal, Arkadiusz Łagowski shared his commentary on scam invoices in KSeF and the resulting threats from fraudsters.

Arkadiusz notes that implementing the mandatory KSeF may increase the risk of fraud, so businesses should prepare appropriate invoice verification procedures in advance. He emphasizes that while a mechanism for flagging fraudulent invoices is necessary, it requires simplification and streamlining to avoid abuse and excessive administrative burdens.
