A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration and international relations at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science of the University of Warsaw.
He gained professional experience issuing VAT tax rulings at the tax office and conducting tax proceedings. He then worked for international tax advisory firms, including some of the Big Four, and served as an in-house tax advisor for a mobile operator. From January 2019 to October 2021, he was a partner at a tax advisory firm.
Author of numerous publications and reports on tax issues in the professional press. Speaker at training courses and attorney in administrative court proceedings. Commentator on tax issues on radio and television. Expert participating in the work of parliamentary committees.
