WEBINAR: Simplification or Tightening? The Practical Effects of Changes to the Tax Code and the Tax Ordinance

Recently, the Ministry of Finance presented draft amendments to the Personal Income Tax (PIT) Act, Corporate Income Tax (CIT) Act and the Fiscal Penal Code, including changes in the area of transfer pricing.

The proposed changes may significantly affect not only the documentation obligations of companies, but also the scope of responsibility of management board members and persons responsible for tax settlements.

In connection with the planned changes, we invite you to a webinar entitled “Simplification or tightening? Practical effects of changes to the Tax Code and the Tax Ordinance.”

***

The amendment to the TP regulations provides, among other things, for the transfer of transfer pricing declarations from the TPR information to the local transfer pricing documentation and the liberalization of regulations regarding the signing of TPR information. The draft also envisages expanding criminal and fiscal liability to include sanctions for defectively prepared local transfer pricing documentation, including the lack of a required declaration.

At the same time, the proposed amendments to the Tax Ordinance may significantly impact the conduct of proceedings concerning third-party liability. While the draft provides for numerous positive changes (based on CJEU case law) and strengthens the protection of participants in proceedings, it also carries a number of threats and risks related to third-party liability.

The webinar will be held online on June 11, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM. The webinar is subject to a fee of PLN 149.00 net per person.
