The Ministry of Finance is Focusing on Settlements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Is this the end of years of disputes with the tax authorities?<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Finance announces the introduction of a tax settlement \u2013 \u200b\u200ba solution that may significantly change the relationship between taxpayers and the tax administration.<\/p>\n<p>Instead of years of proceedings, audits, and court disputes, the concept of negotiation and compromise is emerging. The new institution would enable, among other things, resolving a dispute at an earlier stage, limiting interest, and establishing a mutually acceptable debt amount.<\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/arkadiusz-%C5%82agowski\/\" target=\"blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Arkadiusz \u0141agowski<\/a> points out in a comment for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/xyzpl\/\" target=\"self\" rel=\"noopener\">the XYZ<\/a> editorial team , &#8220;This is a good solution in principle.
